Our solution
A 9-metre structural grid and raised floors allow any floor to be split into as many as four tenancies. Precast horizontal louvres, repeated across the whole building to keep costs down, give the façade its depth and reduce solar gain by nearly half.

The result
Eleven tenants across nine floors, 94% occupancy in the first year and a LEED Gold certificate.
