In a climate where cooling can account for seventy percent of a building’s energy, MEP design is not an afterthought. Our engineers design HVAC, electrical power and lighting, plumbing and drainage, fire protection and low-current systems, modelled in the same BIM environment as the architecture and structure. Ceiling voids, risers and plant rooms are sized early and coordinated weekly, so what is drawn fits — and what is installed performs.
